Casa Dann Carlton Hotel & SPA

This is one of -- if not the -- best hotels to stay in for an "extranjero" (foreigner). I have stayed in a few places in Colombia, including another, similarly rated hotel in Bogota. The Casa Dann Carlton Hotel & Spa I can say with certainty is my favorite place to stay and I will be back. We ate at the Mediterranean restaurant one night, ate breakfast daily, and spent an entire afternoon in the spa (including massages). Everything was perfect. The staff is helpful and they can speak to you in English if that is your preference. Room service is available 24/7 and the food is outstanding (and lots of different very good options). Even the mini bar/snacks are priced very reasonably so you don't feel like you have to avoid it. Parking is included in the nightly rate (we rented a car). I can't recommend this hotel more if you are staying in Bogota for business, tourism, or any other purpose.

I have stayed here numerous times and keep coming back. Thanks to the great help I received the first time from the manager Rodolfo. He was super helpful and was attentive to all my needs. The dry sauna and Turkish sauna are clean comfortable with amazing rooftop view! I highly recommend this place for anyone who is coming for their first time to Bogota. Thanks to all the staff for always making my stay pleasant.

We stay for 8 nights, the last 2 nights we get a warning from the hotel with tonight there is a private party in the ballroom sorry for the inconvenience. The parties where loud we stay in room 358 it looks like we where at the party too.. next time will ask you first are there parties, if yes I don’t book you anymore. From the moment we arrived we were greeted with kindness. My husband and I did not speak Spanish, but everyone we encountered spoke some English or were patient with us while we used our translation app. Christian at the front desk went above and beyond and Fernando, the bell hop, was so helpful and had such a great attitude. We encountered so many other people whose names I did not get that also deserve acknowledgement, from the breakfast staff, to laundry service to room cleaning. It was a great experience and Casa Dann will be the place my family and I stay whenever we return.

I didn't go with many thoughts about the place other than going to the spa and sleeping for the night, but wow, the experience was great! Breakfast is varied, staff is really nice, the spa and massage were awesome, and the location is good, but you don't want to walk around it at night.
